Nutella churro cookie pie 🤤 🇩🇪Zutaten Für den Cookie-Teig: 115g weiche Butter 75g Zucker 55g brauner Zucker 1 Ei Optional: Vanilleextrakt 1 Prise Salz 1 TL Backpulver 240g Mehl Für die Nutella-Füllung: 6 TL Nutella (gekühlt) Für die Zimt-Zucker-Mischung: 35g Zucker 1 TL Zimt Zubereitung: 1. Butter, Zucker, braunen Zucker cremig rühren. 2. Das Ei hinzufügen, kurz einrühren. 3. Mehl, Salz & Backpulver hinzugeben, alles zu einem Teig verrühren. 4. Den Cookie Teig in 6 gleich große Kugeln formen. (Je nach Form können es auch mehr oder weniger sein.) 5. Jede Kugeln flach drücken & 1 TL Nutella in die Mitte geben. Den Teig dann um die Füllung verschließen. 6. Zucker und Zimt vermischen. 7. Die Cookie Kugeln in der Zimt-Zucker Mischung wälzen. 8. Die Cookie Kugeln in eine ofenfeste Form geben. 9.
