@russellruffino: Most business owners are following advice that's actually making their businesses HARDER to grow. And I know because I used to believe some of the same stuff. I thought growing a business meant reaching more people, selling more products, and personally working with every client to make sure they got results. But after generating over $100M in revenue, I've learned that a lot of the conventional advice people give entrepreneurs is completely backwards. Look, you don't need a million followers to build a million-dollar business. You don't need to sell business coaching to charge $10,000 for your expertise. And you definitely don't need to spend 40 hours a week on Zoom calls to get incredible results for your clients. What you DO need is an offer that solves a problem people desperately want fixed, a reliable way to get that offer in front of the right people, and a delivery system that actually works. And here's the thing. You can have the greatest offer in the world, but if you're sitting around waiting for referrals or hoping your next Instagram Reel goes viral, you're going to have a hard time scaling. That's why I've spent the last decade focusing on building systems that consistently turn strangers into paying clients. Because the goal isn't to create a business where you're constantly working harder to make more money. It's to build one that can grow without requiring more and more of your time. And that starts with questioning some of the things everybody keeps telling you to do. #business
