I remember when was trying to take my daughter off my case for snap because she wasn’t living with me and I just started working and I needed a letter because I had to call out to go with my daughter and she needed her own case because she was in the shelter and when I asked for the letter they was laughing and I said it nice and loud what’s funny

same lady since 10-15-2026 told me they are backed up and that why my case hasn't gotten to yet did my recertification July 29 2026 for a due date of September 30 2026 still waiting for someone to complete my case haven't received October foodstamps. but I'm told to wait still .

I had a recert in July how I had to go back and forth for a month straight because I never received my foodstamps saying that my recert ain’t go threw I didn’t owe them paper work so I didn’t understand the problem they definitely do be playing with peoples cases smh I hate when it’s time to recert again it’s always some 💩 🙄🙄
