Hey quick question for you… With all of your initial properties being in your personal name and not in the LLC, how did you facilitate/manage business credit when needed? I will be going through the NACA program for my multi unit next year, and of course that program does not allow you to purchase a property in LLC so I’m just worried about having access to funds (OPM) when I need it… 🥴🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽
