Pavi found out just a second ago that her parents were dead. Give that girl time to grieve and process everything. Nisha lost the parents who abandoned her; Pavi lost the parents who loved her, as well as her leg by her sister's hands, even though it was the parents' fault and she did it unintentionally (she only wanted to prevent them from leaving without her). It's a tragedy. They will surely find their way back to each other soon. They love each other. Pavi is hurt, disappointed, betrayed, deceived, and has a lot to process right now. Give her the time she needs.

Nisha deserves either anti-hero or antagonist arc, hers is justified except where she kept truth from Pavi due to guilt, fear and trauma which I can validate her as much validating Pavi’s anger and betrayal finding out the truth and took her frustration at her instead of her parents for separating them. I said what I said.

By hiding the truth, Nisha was still blocking her Root Chakra, and broke their twin-promise. Pavi naturally felt betrayed and was spurred to unblock her chakra and move ahead on the path of being avatar. It is how things have to be until Nisha faces her fear herself instead of reacting to it, hopefully soon in book2 so she can catch up and make up with Pavi.

Everyone is mad at Pavi, but she was only nine years old when she was left alone for half of her life. She never had a chance to be with her family and had no one to tell her that she wasn’t a freak for being an avatar. She’s allowed to feel just like Nisha is allowed to feel abandoned by her biological parents. At least Pavi didn’t take anyone’s legs she still saved her sister and loves her. 😭

Why is everyone jumping to Nishas side? What Nisha is going through is EXACTLY what Pavi has been living with her whole life. Nishi is feeling abandoned, fear from being the avatar, scared she isn't good enough and is a monster. EXACTLY WHAT PAVIS HAS HAD HER WHOLE LIFE. Except Nisha has all her limbs, a home, a father figure, a warm bed, and support from the white lotus. Pavi deserves so much more support, look at how amazing she became with nothing and no one.
