You can't control them no matter how bad you want to. If you do this, you will gain a vision that you've never had before. You will begin to see who people are, and more importantly, you will become certain of who you are. I bet you're very confused, right? The ability that I have to cut people out of my life is even scary to myself, but once you see things more clearly, you do not doubt yourself or intuition. You begin to walk away from anything and anyone that would do harm or are just draining the energy from you. You begin to trust yourself and life doesn't seem so hard. The first step is accountability. Truly be accountable for your own bad behaviors and bad decisions. You can also take credit for the good ones. 😉 Once you become accountable, you realize you had control all along. Do you know how empowering it is to realize you have all the power? It's not the narcs fault, and it's not your parents fault (not the part of life where you had control.) Everything has truly been designed by you.
