I remember when she originally ran for office, and I could not imagine anybody I was more 180° out of alignment with. But ultimately, I came to respect her, and the fact that she was willing to stand up for what was right. She defined one of the good ones. I wouldn’t still vote for her. Don’t get me wrong. But she spoke the truth and did it with conviction
