The cop was doing 104 on his dash whilst accelerating to catch up the dash will be out a few mph so the car may get away with going under 100 actual radar speed

Speed limits should be increased to at least 90 cars are built for it now they weren’t in the 60s when the limits were put in place

if suv was 104? then copper must be doing 120mph to catch the suvbut copper was doing 104mph and it turns out suv was doing 80 to 85mph .. easy mate. he aint loosing his liesence
