I'll push back, but respectfully. Filtering is safer, but not splitting. If traffic is dense, I'm all for ot for those who are competent and safe to do so. Splitting is just hot doggin though.

Lane splitting is safe regardless of Location. The more important question is if it’s legal in a particular location.
