Doom is legit scared of Moon knight. Yes, it's real from the comics, and it's not about power. Doom is not scared that Moon knight can beat him in a fight. He can. Doom has beaten Thor, Hulk, Galactus tech all that. Doom is scared because Moon knight is the one guy he cannot predict or control. Moon knight is insane and Doom hates chaos. Doom is all about control, order, plans, 500 IQ chess moves. He can predict what Reed Richards will do, what Ironman will do, what Strange will do, they are logical. But Marc Spector? He has 3 personalities, hears a moon god in his head, and will literally stab himself to prove a point. You can't bargain with him, you cannot threaten him, you can't scare him because he already thinks he's dead and serving khonshu. Doom's magic and science can't read him. Also, khonshu protects him. He's not like other gods. He's an elder god of the moon, of vengeance, who sees time differently. Even Doom's sorcery comes from deals with demons and gods, but khonshu doesn't make deals, he owns Marc completely.
