If you have a watch wouldn’t you get notifications on it too? It would be nice to know in advance but parents should be warning babysitters that they’ll be hard to contact if they’re at a concert anyway 🤷♀️

Then this whole podcast episode is biased!!! If you had kept your phone in a pouch? You can’t say take it away!! People pay a lot for concerts and want to take memories. What harm does it cause??

I think it’s silly. Concerts specifically are such a crazy expense now that people save up for for months. If they want to take a video or two to remember it, I just really don’t get the big deal about it. Social media is also a huge part of promoting music at this point. I can’t tell you how many artists I have seen because I have seen videos of their shows on social media

Actually when I had my daughter cell phones were not big yet. So whatever, I went out and enjoyed my night. No attachment to a phone. My parents didn’t have cell phones. We lived. All 6 of us. So there’s that. It’s doable.

No excessive talking or thousands of people screaming along while you’re at it. I don’t even go to big concerts anymore because no one under 30 is there for the music. They are there to socialize and be scene
