@lexihensler: And boy did I pay for it the next day, but it was worth it to just feel normal for one special day🫶🏼✨ With some illnesses, people can’t have alcohol, sugars, gluten, etc because our bodies are already fighting SO hard and they can cause even worse symptoms and flares. It’s funny how typically people with chronic illnesses have the healthiest lifestyles because we quite literally can’t afford not to! But for one special day, our wedding day, I wanted to feel normal and not care what the consequences were and it felt fantastic. #autoimmuneawareness

Yes omg!! I have IBS so have to eat low FODMAP. My wedding was the first event in YEARS that I didn't have to worry about what was in the food because everything was 'me-friendly'.
