What time does it start if it starts at 6 then 6 lol if it starts at 5 5 lol it's not that hard most places start between 5-6 ours is 6-7:30 so we get there at 6

We go to our downtown to trick or treat and they start at 5. I wouldn't even try before then, it's too early.

We have events/ neighborhoods that are starting at 3pm bc the rain in my area, I think 4:30 is perfect start if you plan to be a little away from home. We plan to take our 2yr old at 5pm🤷🏻♀️

Not sure exactly where you’re located but New Hope Community Church in Queensbury has a free kids carnival from 2 to 4 PM!! You can look it up on their Facebook
