@crmnallyobsessed: The family of a woman murdered 34 years ago says they believe they know who did it, and they’ve shared the information with police. On July 25, 1992, Joyce Fox was stabbed to death on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, her body left in a ditch. Fox's niece, Shannay Elmore, says the family believes they know who killed her aunt, someone Fox knew, and they've shared that person's name over the years with investigators. Elmore believes the motive may have been “jealousy.” Kauai Police say Fox’s case remains open but would not provide details about the evidence or any new developments. Criminally Obsessed asked the department about the specific person the family believes was involved and whether the person has ever been questioned by police, but the department declined to respond. Someone knows what happened to Joyce Fox, and after 34 years, her family deserves answers and accountability. If you have information about who killed her, call Kauai police at 808-241-1711 or submit an anonymous tip at CrimeStoppersKauai.org. 🗣️: @kristinthorne #ColdCase #UnsolvedMurder #TrueCrime #Kauai #Hawaii
