I got a DOI complaint because an unlicensed elderly man essentially wanted to purchase a fleet of Subarus to create an "uber-like" business. He called his children and they told him no. He complained about ME because his kids said no.

sadly people like to do this. People will literally lie on your name. that's why note taking and taking them detailed is so incredibly important!!! The amount of times patients have lie but my notes didnt 🤣
