@momsinterruptedpod: Things no one tells you: The Baby Brezza was supposed to make life easier. Looking back? We have questions. We’ve been hearing rumblings about this for a while. Current facts: * A class action lawsuit filed in September 2026 alleges the Formula Pro dispenses too little formula powder. * Consumer Reports’ 2024 testing found two Baby Brezza models dispensed less formula than expected. * Baby Brezza has said accuracy depends on proper setup, cleaning, and choosing the right formula setting. Something most parents never hear: powdered formula is NOT sterile. It can contain bacteria like Cronobacter, which is rare but can be very serious. * The CDC says that for babies under 2 months, born early, or with weakened immune systems, you can mix powdered formula with water at least 158°F/70°C to help kill bacteria. * The WHO recommends preparing powdered formula with water no cooler than 70°C (158°F). * The ideal way to prep: boil water, let it cool for a few minutes, mix with formula. The water should be hot (158F/70C) still when it mixes with the formula to kill bacteria. * ALWAYS cool the bottle to body temperature before feeding. Test a few drops on your wrist. #formulafeeding #combofeeding #babybrezza #newmom #postpartum

It does… and there’s no recall on it. If you don’t maintain it and read the instructions ofc it’s not going ti work the way you want. Self negligence is the reason.

Except a lot of the things that I’ve read is the mom and dad’s do not take care of the machine. They don’t maintain it it don’t clean it and then bitch and moan when it doesn’t work correctly.
