Eddie was absolutely devastated because he’s always let Buck in and be a part of Christopher’s life in a co-parenting capacity, so he naturally just assumes that Buck would do the same with him and Theo as in his mind they are a unit. He doesn’t understand that Buck is enforcing a boundary because Buck is terrified of what it might mean if he lets Eddie in and Eddie just doesn’t understand why Buck is suddenly putting up a wall between them because he doesn’t fully understand the dynamic the two of them have is more than normal friendship. I know that this tension is going to get resolved, but it needs to be resolved PROPERLY, there needs to be an actual proper conversion between these two because this constant underlying tension between them can’t keep bubbling away under the surface forever 🤷‍♂️
