Well, today certainly didn’t go as expected! I was invited by TMZ to discuss the Christa Pike case and the constitutional questions surrounding Tennessee’s failed execution attempt on September 30, 2026. Unfortunately, they ran out of time before my segment could happen. Was I disappointed? Absolutely! But I was also incredibly surprised and flattered that TMZ reached out to me in the first place. The good news? They’ve asked me to come back on Monday to discuss another true-crime case! For me, this has never been about defending someone’s crimes. It’s about examining the facts, holding government institutions accountable, and recognizing that constitutional rights apply to everyone, regardless of what they’ve done. I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring these conversations to a wider audience, and I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next.
