Elham.roshan :

Sticky Vietnamese Caramel Chicken Wings 🍗✨ Sweet, savoury, glossy and so good with rice. This is one of those dishes where the sauce is everything — let it reduce until sticky and coating every piece of chicken. Ingredients * 1kg chicken wings * 3 tbsp brown sugar * 2.5 tbsp fish sauce * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp white pepper * 1 thumb-size ginger, chopped * 4 cloves garlic, chopped * 2 shallots, sliced * Water * Oil * Coriander, to garnish Method 1. Marinate chicken wings with brown sugar, fish sauce, salt and white pepper for at least 20 mins. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger + garlic till fragrant. 3. Add chicken wings and sear till lightly golden. 4. Add shallots and the remaining marinade. 5. Pour in enough water to come halfway up the wings. 6. Cover and simmer for 12–15 mins, flipping halfway. 7. Remove the lid and let the sauce reduce until thick, glossy and sticky. 8. Garnish with coriander and serve with hot rice. So simple, so saucy, and very rice-friendly 😋 Save this for your next easy dinner idea! #kellycooks #EasyRecipes #chickenwings #vietnamesefood #homecooking
