@lazytones: THERE WAS ONLY ONE OPTION FOR SHERIFF ON THE BALLOT!! SURELY IN ALL OF ROCO SOMEONE COULD HAVE RAN AGAINST AARON ELLINBURG. I am new to Rutherford county and typically vote conservative leaning/independent. I am for options and free will! when I only saw one option and it was Republican I got a little suspicious. with the influence of #wordoffaith in this community this made even more red flags pop up for me. What's gotta change in #rutherfordcountync to give us more options. What are your opinions on him?

People y’all really need to start paying more attention just in general. It’s not hard to recognize or understand. Sheriff Ellenburg won his primary against Jaime Dunn back in early spring. Nobody ran as a Democrat or independent which means he’s the only option on ballot.
