Look up a company called likit. They make boredom buster toys and licks. She may need different ones on rotation. And your treats may need to be more high reward.

Could it be compared to a puppy that chews everything? maybe spray it with sour apple spray... it worked on my dogs

Maybe try a stall toy like a Salt block or something similar like a lick it because if they are bored they might need something to keep them entertained

The action the that horse does what you call cribbing in Australia we call it wind sucking and boredom chewing cribbing, try having a radio and hang some milk bottles around the yard and stall
