I started watching Re Zero about 5 months ago, it was one of my worst periods but thanks to Subaru and Re Zero in general I managed to accept myself and for this reason I will always think that Re Zero is the best anime

rezero along with lots of other media has resonated with me, I self loathe a lot and a lot but I start realising that I could keep continuing. That I have so many great people around me, and that my actions are valued. I see myself in Natsuki Subaru. And I relate to him so much. Even if some of my thoughts go against me i still move forward because they are insignificant

Whenever I feel unmotivated or find myself at a low point, I always ask myself what Natsuki Subaru would do. Somehow, the answer always pushes me to get up and do whatever it is I need to do. Subaru is genuinely such a beautifully written character, and I think that becomes even more apparent when you see parts of yourself in him. There's something incredibly inspiring about a character who reminds you to keep moving forward, even when things , are starting from zero.
