I just had my SECOND ankle fusion in less than a year and in a cast for 9 weeks each time. That second day after the cast is put on feels like a tourniquet on my leg cause it gets super tight. Had to elevate for hours to finally get it to go down. But the second day after a cast doesn’t feel the best.
