@kristenbarbar: Newly released bodycam video shows the moments Tampa police found accused killer Robert Kessler unresponsive in a parking lot in November 2021. Officers surrounded his rental car, approached with weapons drawn and quickly realized something was wrong. They broke a window to reach him and administered Narcan. Prosecutors allege Kessler deliberately overdosed on fentanyl as investigators closed in on him, in part because of a guilty conscious. Kessler, now 74, is on trial for the murder of Stephanie Crone-Overholts, whose dismembered remains were discovered in McKay Bay. The video was shown to jurors Friday. #RobertKessler #TampaNews #Bodycam #TrueCrime
