@nowthisimpact: The ACLU of Oregon has filed a complaint with DHS over a video that appears to show an ICE agent stabbing the tire of a couple’s car in Hillsboro, Oregon, on October 7. According to the complaint, the couple was filming agents in a grocery store parking lot and alerting shoppers to ICE’s presence. The ACLU says agents followed them out of the lot and slashed their tire in retaliation for recording, which it calls a violation of their First Amendment rights.

That should qualify as attempted murder, based on the fact the individual would not have known about the slashed tire and could likely have crashed in a fatal accident due to the slashing of the tire. this should be no different from tampering with vehicle brake lines.
