WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY UPDATE| I hit a plateau…which is not new for me and def not unexpected. Honestly, the old version of me would have been so ready to just throw the towel in and go back to accepting that nothing will change. But I’m no longer agreeing with who I used to be. I’m choosing to agree with God. Just because I hit a plateau doesn’t mean it’s the end all-be all. I’m choosing to go back with intention. I’m choosing to reset and refocus.
