You can be a fan without having playing the games, some people don’t have the financial means to get the games, yes the games go on sale but even then the games are incredibly short to even buy. They’re all also incredibly linear and scripted so no matter what your first gameplay is going to be almost the exact same as your next one other than your difficulty and unlockables (excluding re3 nemesis)
