I thought canning cabbage is not tested, so the whole recipe is rebel? I made a potato of unstuffed cabbage Friday and still have half a head left.

Is a pressure cooker absolute necessary? Can an instant pot be used?

I would make it extra brothy so when I heat it up I can add some rice to soak up the liquid and get nice and thick.

After cooking the veggies almost fully like that, they're not soggy. After you press your cook?
