Former Doctor Sentenced to Prison for Hiding a Video Camera in Employee Bathroom State's Attorney News Posted on May 28, 2025 May 28, 2025, Peoria, IL – Today, Henry Chang, 30, a former neurosurgery resident in Peoria, was sentenced to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Unauthorized Videotaping. In August 2023, Chang installed a video camera in an employee bathroom at a local hospital where multiple employees were recorded using the bathroom. A female employee found the camera on the floor while using the bathroom after it had fallen from its hiding place.
