It’s also brand-new construction, meaning you’ll be the FIRST resident in whichever apartment you choose. And can we talk about that HUGE balcony?! I loved that feature! The 1-bedroom I toured is 789 sq. ft. and rents for approximately $1,378/month. They’re also offering $1,500 OFF your first month’s rent! They have another 1-bedroom floor plan available, but it doesn’t come with a balcony instead it comes with a dining room however i was not shown that unit just the one. Amenities include a 24-hour gym and a pool. BUT before y’all get excited about the pool, it’s CLOSED for the season. 😂 Overall, I really liked this property, but the apartment hunt continues because this one isn’t THE one just yet! Now, the property was definitely giving, but the tour vibes? Not so much. 😂 I feel like the experience could've been a little better, especially when apartment hunting is already a whole process.
