@mohit.sharma.attrig: Flying Jetstar anywhere in New Zealand or Australia? DO NOT pay that $65 to $85 gate baggage fine! ✈️🛑 If you’re standing at the boarding gate in Auckland, Sydney, or Melbourne and they pull out the scales because you’re 500g over 7kg, use these 3 legal defenses: 1️⃣ The Body Rule: Airline weight limits strictly apply to your BAG—not your body. Put on your heaviest jacket or hoodie, and shove your laptop charger, power bank, and heavy gear into your coat pockets. Strips 2kg off your bag instantly, and they legally cannot stop you! 2️⃣ The Airport Shopping Bag: Food, duty-free, or items bought past security in a standard airport retail bag are separate from your 7kg cabin bag limit. 3️⃣ The Medical Exemption: Under aviation safety rules in both NZ and Australia, essential medical devices like CPAP machines legally CANNOT be counted towards your 7kg allowance. Save this video before your next flight and share with someone flying budget this weekend! ✈️🎒 #jetstar #travelhacks #budgetairline #newzealand #australia
