Learn how to make the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate bar at home with this easy, step-by-step recipe. This trending dessert combines crispy, butter-toasted kataifi pastry (knafeh dough) with creamy pistachio paste and rich milk chocolate for the ultimate gourmet treat. Ingredients • Kataifi pastry: 1 cup, finely chopped (knafeh dough) • Butter: 2 tbsp, unsalted • Pistachio cream/paste: ½ cup • Tahini: 1 tbsp • Chocolate melts: 2 cups (milk or dark chocolate) • Crushed pistachios: For garnish Instructions 1. Toast pastry: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped kataifi pastry and fry until golden brown and crispy. Let it cool completely. 2. Make pistachio filling: In a bowl, mix the crispy kataifi with pistachio cream and tahini until well combined. 3. Melt chocolate: Melt your chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave or using a double boiler until perfectly smooth. 4. Layer the mold: Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into a chocolate bar mold. Tap to remove air bubbles and freeze for 10 minutes until set. 5. Add filling: Spread a thick layer of the crunchy pistachio mixture over the hardened chocolate base, leaving a small border around the edges. 6. Seal and freeze: Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to seal the bar. Smooth the top and freeze for 30-45 minutes until fully firm. Gently unmold and enjoy! #dubaichocolate #dessertbar #christmasdessert #holidaydessert #sweets Follow for more recipes.
