I have been drinking Humantra electrolytes since my surgery back in March. I order them on subscription so slightly cheaper. They are fantastic and taste delicious!!

The little lumps could be granulomas, so just keep an eye on them. If they get bigger, they can affect how your bag fits, so if they do, speak to your stoma nurse. I had one that grew to the size of my little finger nail, so the stomas nurses use silver nitrate to burn it off!!! X

buy the ingredients for st marks solution its going to be alot more effective make up a L in water and add juice too . little lumps can be the stitches and or granulation the stoma nurses can get rid of them in seconds if so xx
