i always questioned people around my school why they are scared to speak up or even do content. its because they were scared to be judged and i was absolutely absorbed by it too. now im form 4 and started doing content, expressing myself and my art too online—even spreading dakwah, I've never been happier than ever. Plus, I've healed from people who've let me down and toxic people. For anyone reading this, you will have haters, if you also have supporters. so just keep living and dont give a shit

seeing this brought back so many memories… i spent years feeling so out of place and getting picked on just for being myself. but finding a community full of weird, passionate people changed everything for me. it’s bittersweet realizing that once you reach a certain level of confidence or popularity, the same people who mocked you suddenly try to be your friend. genuinely it was never ever about us being "weird"; people just bully for the sake of it. do not shrink yourselves to fit into spaces that were never meant for you. keep thriving, stay weird, and let them watch from afar 🫶

Well im mixed not fully malay and i wasnt good in pi and what not, loved anime and was good at eng but sucked at malay and pi, i ttied to change, tried to get better, dressed n speak like them but ngl they still look at me weird, probably fuz i dont look malay so i just gave up :p

thanks for the reminder, akak! i tried to express myself when i was darjah 2, but instead of having friends, i was ignored and being labeled as a 'weirdo' or even a loner because of my face and my quiet personality for 5 whole years until i was darjah 6 (this year). i have trouble with socialising and even speaking up for myself. i finally have friends and i finally found a class that actually welcomes me for expressing myself. that finally stopped my life long depression since darjah 2. after watching this vid, im very touched because u told me that im brave enough to express myself.

My friends said that I may need to change on my interest plus more socialize because I'm quiet one. Until when I'm social to fit a society, I accidentally hurt someone feeling. I was always self aware yg I ni budak pelik🤣 also yeah I'm in the wibu/book nerd 'weirdo' category, but bila dah tua ni I realised I ni most likely a neurodivergent. And mayyybe ada ADHD gak but idk, taknak la self diagnose lol. That being said, getting older idgaf anymore what people and society think of me 🤣
