At my job they were putting everyone on PIPs during spring review cycle they randomly dropped everyones review numbers if they didn’t hit a certain days in office. The moral is low rn at my job so i wasn’t really mad when i got pip’ed and let go 😭

Happened to me!! Put me on a pip, I hit every target and they extended it… with no reason… it was to get me to resign… I wasnt… I showed up every day smiling!!!!
