@konah619: A wedding ring vanished in a kitchen and came back wrapped around a carrot 16 years later. 🥕 In 1995, Lena Påhlsson of central Sweden took off her custom white gold ring while baking Christmas treats with her daughters. The family searched everywhere. They even pulled up the kitchen floor during a renovation. In October 2011, she pulled a small carrot from her garden and spotted her ring shining on it. 💍 Reports from the BBC, Sveriges Radio and The Local Sweden say the couple believes it went out with vegetable scraps and ended up in compost that fed the garden. Everyone has lost something precious and never stopped hoping. 🌱 📌 Sources: BBC News, Sveriges Radio, The Local Sweden, AFP
