People seem to STEAL my positive energy & don't give anything back & eventually my motivation is depleted but still smile & continue. ... & still no positive results which is imperative to what I'm doing. I was a motivation manager years ago & my strategic formats in the workplace worked but on Social Media, there's something quite different going on here.
