@baristainpajamas: One month with the Niche Duo ☕️ Five things I love, and one thing I’d change: 1. Wood accents & cord management: Personal preference, but these little details matter to me. 2. Simple workflow: One button, no complicated settings. Just grind and get on with your morning. 3. Big adjustment ring: Easy to grip, with stepless adjustment for those tiny changes when dialing in. 4. Almost zero retention: Maybe 0.1g once every ten grinds in my experience. The best I’ve tested in this price range. 5. The coffee: Ultimately, this is what matters most, and I love how it tastes. What would I change? More weight or a wider base. Mine wobbles a little while grinding, and I’d love it to feel more stable. If you only make espresso, I’d also consider the Niche Zero. It costs less, and to me, the espresso tastes almost identical. I’m happy with the Duo, but what would you pick in this price range? 👇 #NicheDuo #CoffeeGrinder #HomeBarista #Espresso #SpecialtyCoffee
