Ok here me out not calling it but Rutgers could stun Michigan yes Michigan has an awesome defence and I agree, but the offence is terrible so then to win by 16 at least with a Tommy car that isn’t even good is asking a lot i’m not saying Rutgers wins, but I think they will at least cover the spread
