The buyer agreement and listing agreement is with the broker. Not an individual agent. You can fire an agent and have the broker take over at any time. For funsies if they are really bad you can report them to the state real estate commission and their MLS

OMG, I’m mortified for you! You absolutely had grounds to file a complaint with the state. I’m an old-school Broker Associate who believes in professionalism, ethics, and staying in my lane. I would have been fighting right alongside you! After nearly 30 years in this industry advocating for consumer protection, I cannot stand hearing stories like this. We have to hold ourselves to a higher standard! Sounds like she will be exiting soon in this industry!
