@atlantanewsfirst: The man who allegedly dragged a Clayton County police officer with his car has been arrested. Christopher Lovett, 59, allegedly dragged the officer during a traffic stop around 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 21 near Garden Walk Boulevard and Medical Center Drive in Riverdale. Clayton County police said Friday that Lovett had been captured.
