I said good morning to my manager twice and she completely ignored me. The next time I came in, I didn’t say a word and she’s like “ uhh Good morning ? “ so I know for sure she was trying to make me feel bad. Now I don’t acknowledge her at all.

Yup. I work at a hospital. I used to say good night to the white and Mexican people at the front desk and they never said anything back so I stopped speaking and noticed that every time somebody was behind me that was white they would speak, but they would never speak to me.
