💜 Nino Nakanno Nino Nakano is one of the five Nakano sisters in The Quintessential Quintuplets. At first, she appears to be the most aggressive and difficult sister, especially toward Futaro Uesugi, but there is much more to her character underneath that tough personality. Nino is strong-willed, confident, protective, and very devoted to her family. She cares deeply about her sisters and wants to keep their family together. Because of this, she initially sees Futaro as someone who is disturbing their peaceful life and tries to get him away from them. However, as she spends more time with Futaro, her feelings gradually change. She eventually realizes that she has fallen in love with him. Unlike some of her sisters, Nino doesn't hide her feelings for very long once she understands them. What makes Nino especially interesting is how bold she becomes after falling in love. She goes from actively rejecting Futaro to openly pursuing him and even confessing her love to him more than once. She doesn't want to simply wait and hope that Futaro notices her. She decides to fight for his love. Her character development can basically be described as:
