@barbara.barb.sinclair: I’m 84. A hot pan is not a lab. (SAVE THIS) 👇 Yellow chicken. Ice cream that burns. Cheese that browns. None of that tells you what is in the food. I still look at what I eat. I just do not trust a squeeze test. Here is what I actually do: #4 is the one I’ll never give up. 1️⃣ Real chicken is not yellow because it stood in a pasture. Skin color comes from the feed. A pale bird can still be a real chicken. 2️⃣ Squeeze a raw bird and liquid comes out. That is mostly water from processing. You cannot see a chlorine wash by wringing a chicken. 3️⃣ Ice cream on a hot pan will scorch. Sugar and milk burn black. That is not proof it is plastic or pure hydrogenated oil. Read the carton. 4️⃣ Primal Queen with my meals. Non negotiable. Two capsules a day. Grass fed beef organs, made for women, so I do not have to cook liver. Consistency is what makes it work. It is also not plastic dyed orange. The label tells you. The pan does not. 6️⃣ Heat two waffles and you see fat. You do not see bleach. You do not see aluminum. Fat coming out is fat. 7️⃣ Icing that stretches is usually syrup and gums. You cannot see titanium dioxide by pulling it. Real icing crumbs. That does not make the other one plastic. Want cleaner food? Buy fewer mystery packages and read the ingredients. A skillet is not the test. Consistency is the name of the game. 1 day at a time.
