I keep swaddling my now 4 week old with his arms folded, and last night my husband swaddled him with his arms straight down - and he slept soooo much better than ever 😭

As a mother baby nurse I am awful at swaddling with these swaddles but great with the hospital blankets.

Hi love! I have a 3 week old who was in NICU for a week and my mom health anxiety is through the roof. I’ve been studying every single breath to make sure he’s ok lol. Yesterday he was checked at pediatrician and had clear lungs and everything but when I look at his tummy when he breaths idk if it’s retractions😭😭😭 it’s hard for me to tell
