What started as a humble taco cart is now Tijuanero by Tijuanazo, with 7 locations in Mexico and 3 more in SoCal — all still family owned. Their newest location in Echo Park is actually a really cool full-circle moment, because the founder grew up loving its former occupant, Los Burritos. His daughter opened this location, with the goal of preserving it being a Latino-owned business and serving the local community. Everything here is delicious, but be sure order “con todo” so you can try the specific salsa pairings for each protein.
