Seems like they prefer to only help the societal fallouts.. as they are able the manipulate and control such people or tribe using extremism ideology but such ideologies are not practiced in their own country at a high degree.. that is y all those who they influence are isolated from the real issue outside world. While Iranians are well educated, their proxies are not. And such differences keeps the proxies at the followers levels. Never a leader on their own with the shadow of Iran’s leadership
