Theoretically can work most of our revenue comes from taxes and taxing the people having businesses open later can generate more revenue and he can focus on making us pay less taxes due to actually getting revenue from those businesses, it works number for other states I’ll take this rather getting taxed 9 dollars everytime I have to go to Boston
