@cbsnewyork: A community vigil is taking place Friday evening to remember a 15-year-old shot and killed near his home Thursday morning. Javits Frimpong was shot once in the stomach near East 171st Street and Crotona Place. He died at St. Barnabas Hospital a short time later. Chaplains and clergy members gathered to pray for him and his family, and for the safety of children all across New York City and beyond.

School systems need to get more aggressive with bullying. These bully’s need to be put in juvenile detention centers for a short period so they understand how serious bullying is being handled. Bullying now are taking children lives.
