@thatssourr: A routine tinted-window stop in Rockford, Illinois turns into a medical emergency — the full bodycam story in three parts, followed by a checked-facts breakdown. July 17, 2023 (per the source video) — A Winnebago County sheriff's deputy stops a red Cadillac in Rockford, Illinois The stop — The driver frantically shoves items around the cabin instead of handing over his license The seat — The deputy finds a piece of "tissue" left on the driver's seat that is not tissue The trunk — Inside a pack of toilet paper: torn, empty plastic baggies, every one soaking wet The cruiser — The driver admits what the substance is, denies swallowing it, then begins to deteriorate The collapse — He comes out of the cruiser, goes down on the grass, and begs for an ambulance as deputies call EMS The hospital — Paramedics rush him in; the source video reports he was pronounced dead shortly after The claim — The source video names the driver as Lamar Bell and cites an autopsy finding dozens of baggies in his stomach; we could not independently verify the name or those figures against news reporting or official records, and the breakdown says so on camera Places: Rockford, Illinois — Winnebago County — the driver's red Cadillac The substance is never named: it is bleeped wherever it is spoken in the source audio, and the breakdown does not name it either. #Rockford #Illinois #Bodycam #TrafficStop #TrueCrime
